We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Educator assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to work with children, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with other educators.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Educator in implementing lesson plans and activities that promote the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
• Support students in individual and small group settings, providing extra help and reinforcement when needed.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional periods.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, including monitoring student behavior and enforcing classroom rules.
• Communicate effectively with students, Educators, and parents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a classroom or other educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and adapt to changing needs.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
